Online Bidder Executive (Backup and Storage)
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales in Web and Mobile app development, as well as experience in the technical field. He or she will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills. Additionally, the candidate will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by developing and executing account plans that create demand for the company's products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Understand customer technical requirements and map them to company products and solutions
- Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations that showcase company products and solutions in the best light
- Respond to customer RFPs/RFIs, creating custom proposals as needed.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, within company guidelines
- Work with cross-functional teams-including product management, marketing, and engineering-to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs and share insights with internal stakeholders
- Train and mentor junior members of the sales team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enable their success
- Generate accurate forecasting reports and pipeline data to support decision making
- Provide input on product development based on customer feedback and market analysis
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to represent the company
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of technical sales experience (Backup, Storage and IT Infrastructure) with extensive knowledge in online bidding forums like Upwork and GEMS.
- Proven track record of achieving quotas and driving revenue growth
- Experience managing and developing a sales team
- Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
