Acquisition Manager - Sales - CASA (1-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new corporate clients who meet product criteria
- To understand the offer/arrangement made to the Corporate by the bank
- Handle a team of relationship officers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- To ensure that all accounts signed up with the corporate gets salary credits
- To identify and resolve service issues of the Corporate
- To generate cross sales of various liability/asset products
- To maintain call reports and MIS as required
- Ensure each corporate has positive profitability
- Ensure contact with key people at the corporate
- Selling all products to the relationship - core and cross sell
- Deepening of the salary relationship - new account acquisition and value build up in existing accounts
- Ensure that all corporate are migrated on to E-net salary upload system
- Servicing all financial needs of the flagged customer
