Responsibility :
- Identify and engage potential customers through networking and fieldwork.
- Complete customer onboarding with accurate documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships for continuous business growth.
- Visit customers regularly to pitch banking products.
- Report daily activities and performance to the supervisor.
- Monitor competitor offerings and market conditions.
Requirements :
- Education : Graduate (any stream).
- Experience : Freshers are welcome; 1-2 years of experience in BFSI or similar field is a plus.
- Age Limit : 21-27 years (preferred).
- Skills : Good communication, negotiation skills, and field sales knowledge.
- Vehicle : Must have a two-wheeler.
- Location : Candidates must be local residents familiar with the region.
