Acquisition Manager - Sales - Advertising Firm (1-10 yrs)

We are hiring for the position Acquisition Manager.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with gated communities to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Preference would be given more to South Mumbai Candidates.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Onboarding & Maintaining relationship with the partners
- Lease creation and maintaining operations portal
- Resolving issues generated from partners on a daily basis
- Plan supply and marketing drive for onboarding process
- Create & maintain database to store all the relevant details of partners
- Maintaining weekly & monthly reports
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 0 - 6 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
