Acquisition Manager - CASA Sales - Bank (2-4 yrs)
Designation : Premier Acquisition Manager ( CASA )
Grade : Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- To acquire customers for Current Accounts & Savings Accounts Products of the bank, from a pool of potential individuals, small businesses, trusts associations, societies, and corporates.
- To achieve and deepen business volume and numbers.
- To Cross-sell TPP like Insurance, Asset Products, etc.
- Responsible for Sourcing High-Value CASA customers along with the entire Family Banking relationships.
- Hard-core Sales Mentality. Primary Motivation from the Achievement of Targets. A Hunter by Orientation.
Key activities :
- Cold Calling
- Securing Appointments
- Understanding Customer's Occupation and Needs
- Introducing and Explaining Suitable Products
- Resolving Converted Customers Queries/Concerns
Qualifications Required :
- Graduate Must (in any field)
Skills Required :
- Selling skills with a clear focus on acquiring new Current Accounts
- Presentable and Demonstrating Basic Etiquettes
- Persuading skills
- Candidates Managing & Sourcing Business Banking customers would be preferred
- Fluent communication and a basic understanding of English
Maximum Age Limit : 27 years.
- 2 Years CASA acquisition experience in bank
