Acquisition Manager - BFSI (0-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
The Acquisition Manager is responsible for generating new business and acquiring retail and corporate clients for the bank's products and services. The role involves selling a range of financial products such as savings accounts, current accounts, credit cards, loans, and other banking products to meet the branch's targets.
Key roles:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients for banking products.
- Product Sales: Pitch and sell savings accounts, loans, and other banking products.
- Lead Generation: Generate new business through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Target Achievement: Meet sales targets and business goals.
- Cross-Selling: Promote additional banking services to existing clients.
- Compliance: Ensure proper documentation and adherence to banking regulations
Qualification:
- Age: 21 to 32 years.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales.
- Location: Must be a local resident with strong knowledge of the local market.
- Transportation: Must own a bike for local travel.
