Acko - Associate - Corporate Sales (2-5 yrs)
We- re looking for an experienced corporate manager to oversee the corporate tie-ups for AckoDrive business model. The ideal candidate will have amazing corporate connections and proven success managing multiple partnerships for maximum productivity. They will be highly skilled in partnership, corporate relations, and business management. Additionally, they willdisplay a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within their team. Their ultimate responsibility is to increase our Corporate partnership in AckoDrive.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Makes partnership with top corporate organizations and introduce AckoDrive
- Oversee daily operations for partner corporate, ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
- Understand the company- s vision and objectives, and develop strategies in alignment to achieve these goals
- Evaluate business opportunities and make decisions regarding partnerships and growth
- Manage relationships with corporate clients, board members, and other key stakeholders
- Develop long-term plans for the sustainable growth of the company, including expansion into new corporates and relation building
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Plan and execute company-wide initiatives, such as rebranding campaigns or ATL BTL activities
Expertise & Qualification:
- Bachelor- s degree in business, management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationship
