ACGI - Sales Coordinator (3-5 yrs)
LA - Sales Co-ordinator
- Sales Co-Coordinator will be responsible for the entire back-office sales support to be provided for Sales team.
- He / she will have to comply with the systems, policies and procedures within the support function of ACGI.
- New Enquiry - Send Budgetary Quote for relevant Machine Model to customer after understanding scope of Supply from TIC.
- Routing the Enquiry through SAP, towards logical conclusion.
- Profitability - Arrange for Part Nos. and Quantities as per Scope defined by TIC and forward to Finance Dept. for getting Profitability / Margins.
- Sales Order - Create CRF for Scope of Supply and get Buy-in of all the Dept. for Project Timelines for each order.
- New Customer - Creating Customer Code in SAP.
- Keeping track of Collections against Advance, and A.R. on a weekly basis.
- Keeping track of Dispatch Plan on a weekly basis.
- Follow up with respective TIC's on Collection Plan on a weekly basis.
- Updating Platform Parameters in SAP.
- Letter of Credit - Follow up with TIC / Agent for L.C. or Drawing up Corporate Guarantees, if any, in consultation with Finance.
- Collation of MPRM format after gathering Data from each TIC.
