ACE Online - Social Media Specialist (5-10 yrs)
What you will be doing ?
- Own the brand and be its voice of it on all social media platforms by creating meaningful content that resonates with brand's vision and mission
- Analyze current industry trends and audience preferences to devise a strategy for scaling social media growth
- Create innovative content on social media that engages the audience with the help of other stakeholders Content and Creative Team
- Grow and nurture the social media community with the purpose of enhancing their brand experience
- Track, analyze and optimize social media growth by using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hoot Suite, etc.,
- Analyze competitors to find the gap in between the strategies and improvise the strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with Customer Success team in delivering the best support to the community with their queries and issues
- Generate leads by creative organic marketing campaigns.
- Onboard and collaborate with content creators and influencers to create branded content for both organic and paid marketing campaigns
- Learn and be up-to-date with the latest social media updates
What are we looking for ?
- Proven track record of 5+ years in Social Media Growth marketing which includes Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Experience in handling social media pages/ accounts with 500K+ followers
- Experience in onboarding and collaborating with content creators for marketing campaigns
- Strong communication and writing skills (English)
- Zeal to grow brands using social media
