Ace Insurance Brokers - Business Development (3-10 yrs)
Job Description:
S/he will be responsible for attracting and managingclients in a given geography. This will include execution of day- to - day technical/commercial work, planningand supervising the work of executives working with him/her, helping up-grade the knowledge and skills of his / her people and coordinating and synergizing his / her functioning with other related functions.
S/he needs to possess planning, problem - solving, interpersonal and group building skills, Preferably, the candidate should possess technical knowledge of the field.

- Identifying prospects to pitch for corporate insurance services
- Penetrating market with innovative ideas
- Commercial negotiations
- Winning over the competitors
- Travelling to client locations in major cities of India
