ACD IT Services - Customer Service Professional (0-1 yrs)
Customers Service Requirements :
1.Handle incoming calls and emails.
2.Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
3.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
4.Keep records of both email and telephone interactions.
5.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Roles and Responsibilties :
1.Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
2.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
3.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
4.Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
5.Excellent communication and follow up skills.
