Accuster - Zonal Sales Manager (3-8 yrs)
Zonal Sales Manager
- Experience in institutional sales and Medical industry, B2B and govt sector .
- Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
- Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered.
- Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Be willing to pursue new customers via phone calls, and visits to facilities
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Answers questions about product and service benefits
- Maintains excellent relationships with new and existing customers through superior customer service.
- Tracks sales data and works to meet sales team goals
- Helps to interview, hire, manage, and direct members of the company's marketing and sales teams.
- Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events
- Research and communicate information about target sectors, customers and competitors.
- Set up of meetings with appropriately qualified contacts
- Free/comfortable for traveling PAN India to different branches of the company and meetings
Salary : 35 to 50k
