Accuster - Telecaller (1-2 yrs)
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Handling clients, Calling & attending calls.
- Making clients understand about the Project or Service offered
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
- Explain the product features in details to New and Existing Clients
- Understanding customer requirements & encouraging them for site visits
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
- Maintain MIS report
