Accuster Technologies - Manager - Sales (1-9 yrs)
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Visiting potential customers for new business
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
- Providing customers with quotations
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathering market and customer information
- Providing feedback on future buying trends
- Representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with the Manager.
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience
- Learn and understand the basics of our business from the entry level - Full training provided
- Learn and understand client product knowledge - Full training provided
- Be able to meet or exceed our entry level sales requirements
- Be able to complete sales & marketing presentations
- Be willing to get - Hands On- with the Product to garner a better understanding
- Be willing to pursue new customers via phone calls, and visits to facilities
- Attend industry conventions and expositions
- Gain an understanding of business finances
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
- Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
- Coordinate customer activities at all assigned meetings
