Accounts Manager - Sales - IT (6-10 yrs)
Position: Account Manager or Senior Account Manager
Experience: 6-10 years
Target: - 6 Cr Revenue (- 1.5 Cr/Quarter)
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Growth :
- Drive business development activities and growth within existing accounts.
- Generate new business opportunities from known clients.
- Farm and expand business from aligned clients.
- Client Relations & Account Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Develop account plans for mining existing clients.
- Manage multiple clients, including large enterprise negotiations.
- Handle all operational activities, including contractual and invoicing processes.
Sales & Revenue Management :
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage deal margins and track account performance.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams for proposals and pre-sales activities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving targets by mining aligned accounts.
- Experience in expanding deals to a size > USD 130K (- 1 Cr.).
- Ability to handle multiple mid-large size firms (~USD 100M+ revenue) simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Qualitrix offerings, USP, and ability to communicate them effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in proposal making, pricing, and client presentations.
- Understanding of QA processes, tools, and experience in IT services and products.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous and result-oriented approach to work.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in IT services and products industry.
