Accounts Manager - Client Servicing (2-5 yrs)
Position : Accounts Manager - Client Servicing
Reporting to : Department Head
Qualification: BE or MBA from a Tier II/III Management institute
Location : Mumbai (Thane)
Staffing industry and local candidates Preferred.
JD :
- Growing revenues at existing clients of company by increasing share of the wallet of existing set of services and up selling other products and services as released by company from time to time.
- Would be responsible for Revenue collections (Business Farming Role).
- The role carries specific growth targets from a portfolio of clients which will be assigned to the individual at the start of the financial year / quarter or any other assessment period.
- Manage the entire Sales Life-cycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure with clients in his/her assigned region / industry.
- Mapping client expectations from the process, documenting it properly and ensuring proper and seamless handover to the Operations and Client Servicing teams.
- Tracking competitors and their product and pricing strategies in his/her assigned region / industry
Secondary Responsibilities shall include :
- Liaison with clients from time to time in order to assess the quality of our services and increase the size of our share of client business
- New Client Acquisition where a reference is being provided by a client
- Support Client Servicing teams in case there is specific help required in his region.
Candidate Profile :
Minimum 3-5 years of customer facing Business-to-Business Client Servicing or Client Acquisition Experience Services, HR Services or staffing service based organisation.
- Should have proven experience in Client Servicing
- Should have a successful employment track record with marquee organization(s) or MNCs.
- Ability to manage CHRO/CXO Level.
- Ideal candidate should have had worked for maximum 1-2 companies.
