Accounts Manager - Client Services/Marketing - IT (2-4 yrs)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Closely work with the Account Management team to understand client needs and communicate insights and results back to clients

- Develop and execute detailed campaign plans, working with the wider account team and digital team to deliver account excellence

- Effective media planning and buying across all tactics - performance media, digital media & offline

- Proactively recommend creative and effective ways of engaging and converting the target audience

- Identify and build best practices and processes for media management such as campaign set up, trafficking, targeting, bidding, and creative

- Perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted

- Build solid relationships with our client base, our publisher & partner network and internally

- Ensure all deadlines are met

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar degree (ideal, but not required)

- Minimum 2- years' experience, preferably working within the B2B space, preferably in Digital Marketing space

- Knowledge of and experience in DCM - tagging, trafficking and reporting

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PPT

- Strong written and presentation skills with the ability to deliver in front of senior stakeholders

- An excellent working attitude with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple campaigns with tight deadlines

- Attention to detail - the Account Manager will be thorough and deliberate in all instances
