Accounts Executive - Sales - IT (4-12 yrs)
Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive (AE) based in Bangalore to sell into the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling to US-based clients from India and will be responsible for pipeline generation and closing deals with post-sales leaders and managers in B2B companies, primarily in the US.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Required Qualifications :
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas by acquiring and expanding strategic target accounts in the US market
- Generate 3x-4x pipeline through a combination of inbound lead management and outbound prospecting campaigns
- Conduct high-value discovery and demo calls, multi-threading into enterprise organizations to help our largest customers realize value
- Articulate Thena's ROI-based value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients, with a deep understanding of the customer support and success landscape
- Educate customers on best practices in AI-driven customer support and success solutions as they transform their businesses
- Lead customers through the entire sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams including solutions consultants, executives, customer success, and legal/finance
- 4+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of attaining quarterly quotas
- Successful experience selling enterprise-level SaaS deals to C-suite executives in multistakeholder transactions spanning technical and business buyers

- Demonstrated ability to sell into the US market from India

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior executives

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and generate pipeline
- Experience selling AI/ML, automation, or analytics solutions
- Familiarity with customer support and success platforms
