Our Client is a seed-funded startup specialising in AI-driven solutions tailored for the SaaS, Fintech, and Insurance sectors. They focus on leveraging advanced AI technologies to enhance operational efficiencies and drive growth for businesses in these industries.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Role Overview :


- As an Account Executive, you will drive direct sales of our AI technology solutions within designated sectors.


- Your primary responsibility will be to exceed sales quotas by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead identification to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve Sales Targets : Meet and exceed established sales quotas through proactive sales activities.

- Pipeline Management : Efficiently manage a pipeline of 50+ accounts, progressing opportunities through funnel stages.

- Complex Sales Process : Navigate and manage a 3- to 6-month enterprise sales process, engaging with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

- End-to-End Ownership : Take ownership of the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

- Client Engagement : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and solutions discussions with C-level executives and other stakeholders.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively across the organization to leverage resources and ensure a seamless sales process.

- Territory Strategy : Develop and execute a territory strategy and plan to maximize sales opportunities within assigned sectors

- Industry Expertise : Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and product developments to engage in intelligent discussions with prospects.

- Industry Events : Represent the company by participating in and presenting at industry events and trade shows.

- Sales Automation : Utilize HubSpot or similar tools for accurate sales forecasting and reporting, ensuring all sales information is properly documented.

Qualification and Experience :

Experience : 2 to 4 years of successful startup SaaS sales experience, preferably within the Fintech sector.

- Pipeline Management : Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ accounts effectively.

- Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, leveraging internal resources.

- Sales Proficiency : Proven success in prospecting, pipeline building, and navigating complex sales cycles to close deals with senior decision-makers.

- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex solutions and negotiate contracts.

- Solution-Oriented : Ability to understand client needs and craft solutions that align with their business goals.
