Account Representative - Inside Sales - IT (2-4 yrs)
Hiring for one of our MNC
Contract: 1 Year
Notice period: immediate to 15 days
Experience : 2-4 years
Location : Bangalore
Mandatory Skills :
- Candidate should be from IT sales background
- Excellent communication skills
- Should have good computer skills
- It is a Sales Role/Consumer Retail Field
- They will receive and will have to handle internal calls
- They will have to have conversations with stores on processing of orders and to track revenue
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills as they will have to converse a lot with different stakeholders
- Proficiency in English is require. Knowledge of any other language is an added advantage
- Basic Excel skills required
- Some Sales experience is desirable
- They will have to make as well as receive calls from stores and will also have to attend warranty related calls
