Account Receviable Caller - Medical Billing (2-5 yrs)

The AR Caller is responsible for making calls to insurance companies, healthcare providers, and other relevant enes to secure authoriza- ons and ensure - mely resolu- on of claims in the healthcare revenue cycle process. This role involves obtaining, verifying, and following up on insurance authoriza- ons to ensure that medical services are covered by insurance and claims are processed efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in an accounts receivable role, healthcare billing, or authorization calling within the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance processes, and pre-authorization procedures.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with insurance representatives and healthcare providers.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, resolve discrepancies, and escalate concerns as needed.
