Account Owner - Internet/Online (2-5 yrs)

Our account owners take full ownership of their clients to ensure they are given the best services and deliver what the clients were promised.

1. Team - Account Owners
2. Experience - 2 to 5 years
3. Location - Delhi
4. Roles and Responsibilities
a) Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your account
b) Building and maintaining strong, long last customer relationships
c) Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
d) Perform business analysis (backed by data) to provide insights to the client business that can lead to client business growth. (Through decks, excel models etc)
e) Conceptualize and prototype new solutions (NOT Product) for existing clients and ensure flawless execution on the ground.
f) Carry out business development activities including, but not limited to, -
i. Continuously engage with the existing clients to grow their business
ii. Carry out all necessary tasks that may be required in order to deliver the best in class services to strategic clients handed over by the sales team, call center, reference or any other incoming strategic leads.
iii. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
g) Ensure adherence to organizational processes and policies e.g. documentation and reporting activities as per prescribed formats and timelines.
5. Qualifications
a) Proven work experience as an account manager.
b) Strong verbal and written communication skills.
c) Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
d) Comfortable working with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
e) Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation abilities.
