Account Manager - Student Support (0-5 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Single Point of contact for all Student queries.
2. Work with students and parent to get desired Engagement & Retention
3. Provide Individual attention to students based on their profiling (Socio economic, Interests,Learning styles).
4. Engagement should be established with students.
5. Coordinate with teachers about session details (contents, students- feedback etc)
6. Encourages for attending session, taking test asking doubts & watching Replays and provide guidance for sessions/courses
7. Follow up with student for, attendance and motivation
8. Coordinate with support functions and get the issues sorted
9. Daily tasks including calling parents/Students.
