Account Manager/Senior Account Manager - Client Engagement - IT Recruitment (4-7 yrs)
Jobs Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Accountable to answer & update clients on the activity happening on their demands. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.
Skills required :
- Should have Strong & Proficient in English language communication skills(Speaking & Writing)
- Act as an Middleware from Client / Customers & Internal Recruitment leads
- Must have worked/ proven experience in C2H/ Resource Augmentation mode IT Recruitment.
- Must have understanding on Cost of services, Purchase Values & Revenue Margins.
- Responsible to work closely with Recruitment leads, to ensue for a smooth & seamless client experience.
- Share the profiles to clients & follow ups to get the feedback on shared profiles
- Accountable to react & plan an action at the earliest possible to share the profiles as per the demand
- Responsible for Tracking & Collecting timely updates from Delivery & updating periodically to Leaders.
Qualification :
- At-least 4 to 6yrs experienced in IT Recruitment & good at Client engagement
- Graduate OR Postgraduate in any stream
- Good to go with someone wo can join within 30 days.
- Work location is Koramangala - Bangalore.
- Permanent role with Alchemy Techsol, Bangalore.
