Job Title: Account Manager, Wellness
Location: Bangalore
Reports to: Head of Wellness
Working Days: 5 days a week (Work from Office)
Education: Graduate
Experience: 2-4 years in the B2B wellness space with core experience in account management
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and expand our client's key accounts in the Wellness line of business. You will be responsible for retaining existing clients, driving new sales opportunities, and fostering strong year-over-year relationships. Your role will involve managing key accounts, delivering executive-level reporting, and executing strategies that drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and retain existing key accounts in the Wellness business, ensuring satisfaction and continued partnerships.
Business Reviews & Engagement:
- Set priorities, align with stakeholders, and drive regular business reviews to evaluate account health and identify areas of improvement.
Executive-Level Reporting:
- Author and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to provide visibility into account progress, risks, and opportunities.
Revenue Growth:
- Identify and implement initiatives to grow account revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and foster deeper relationships with key stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Feedback:
- Engage with internal teams, providing meaningful feedback and ensuring that team members are aligned with account goals. Provide coaching and growth opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
- 2-4 years in core account management/retention in the B2B wellness space, with a proven track record in managing large client portfolios.
Key Metrics:
- Proven record in achieving a 100%+ Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and 90%+ logo retention with key clients.
Stakeholder Experience:
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, such as CHROs, HR teams, or CFOs/Finance teams, is a plus.
