Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our client's team in Bangalore. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving repeat business. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong understanding of sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business needs and provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Proactively generate orders and drive repeat business from existing accounts.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, technical support) to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable working with numbers and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Knowledge of UPS systems and batteries or related technical products.
