Account Manager - Sales - Robotic Solutions (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as define by sales goals & objectives.
- Build and manage sales pipeline.
- Day to day management of existing accounts to expand client footprint.
- Lead efforts to up sell client Intelligent Automation platform licenses and services. -
- Be responsible for preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams and close deals in timely manner keeping quarterly targets in mind.
- Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales opportunities.
- Build excellent relationship with partner community to identify opportunities and expand pipeline.
- Generate and execute sales campaign ideas and maximize sales funnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- 2.5 - 7 years of prior sales experience in software services industry.
- Prior experience of selling Enterprise Software such as BPM (Business Process Management), RPA (Robotics Process Automation), ERP, ESB, BI, Enterprise Portal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding presentation and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota on quarterly basis.
Extremely good time management skills.
- Ability to overcome hurdles to advance sales cycle for timely closure.
- Proficiency using mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM solutions such as salesforce.com
