Account Manager - Sales - Pharma (4-15 yrs)
Desired Experience:
- Current experience in Indian/MNC in Life Science Segment and Bio Pharma
- M.Sc. Lifesciences/ Bachelor in Bioscience with MBA, Experience could range from 4-6yrs.
- Should have strong understanding of Indian Research Institutes /Biotech Markets/Biopharma
- Responsible for delivering revenue targets for business area of responsibility and have budgetary responsibility for marketing spend in the region.
- Must be well organized, have multi-tasking ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to prioritize and have excellent problem-solving skills pertaining to the India Market.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Establish the strategy to build long term relationship with all the customers of Bio-Rad Laboratories for AP & Telangana region.
- Implements sustainable action plans to establish Bio-Rad Laboratories as a Brand among the Key Accounts that will contribute Develop strong relationships at the key customer accounts to build a strong partnership for expanding the businesses across.
- Develop and implement an account plan to grow the revenues at the account above market average. Deliver on revenues on the Annual Sales Plan in line with Sales budget defined.
- Provide reports on a regular basis as requested. Such reports will include customer connection reports, performance to targets, project progress, SFDC updates etc.
- Monitor product mix performance & implement corrective measures where necessary, be accountable for the commercial performance & growth in share of wallet of the Focus account, work with the BU sales teams to manage price / performance matrix and optimize & capture price where possible.
- Produce monthly prospect pipeline & forecast.
- Take a hands-on approach, and act as escalation point for all customer & system issues.
- Collaborate with FSE & FAS & SMIs In charge of territory to develop joint initiatives and provide appropriate customer care.
- Work with cross divisional teams to meet the objectives and goals of the focus account program
- Facilitate executes necessary seminars, meetings etc with Key Decision makers of the account, along with respective divisions.
- Follows up on actions post these meetings & enables the sales/operations process to deliver product or service.
- Build strong communication with the sales, service and operation teams that support the account to establish high Customer satisfaction.
