Account Manager - Sales - Modern Trade - FMCG (5-10 yrs)

MR Channel / Account Manager is responsible for achieving business plans (volume, value, fundamentals, share premium etc. by product category) for his team and assigned account or channel. He is responsible for all regional level selling and alignments with MR accounts assigned or in the channel. In addition, he is responsible for identifying development areas for the Sales Representative preparing a training calendar and imparting in market / classroom training.

MR Channel/ Account manager reports to the MR leader

SCOPE:

Reports To MR Leader

Reportees Sales Representatives

Interacts with Internally Sales Representatives, ISM/ISMPs, MR Leader, IDSS, System executive, Logistics and Finance teams

Interacts with Externally MR Customers, buyers, suppliers, customer implant,

KEY CRITERIA :

- Internet Savvy and knows the usage of Microsoft excel

- Extremely persuasive & strong communication skills,

- Strong Leadership skills & exceptional maturity levels,

- High Initiative & follow through skills,

- Exceptional Thinking Problem solving skills,

- Working effectively with others

- Business Planning and Analysis skills.
