Account Manager - Sales - Marketing Service (4-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
- Forecast and track client accounts with digital metrics, performance and guidance on Digital campaigns
- Generate sales & opportunity among allocated key client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling for marketing automation products and features
- Be the bridge between Client and operations team. The account manager will bear accountability for all deliverables demanded from Client and operations team ends.
- Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Communicate client needs and demands to tech and operations team in clear way
- Manage projects within client relationships, with project status tracking, opportunity, billing and campaign performance tracking
- Coordinate and accomplish technical and strategy requirements / goals with operations team members working on the same account to ensure consistent and efficient service
- Keep records of client transactions, invoicing and billing co-ordination with finance
- Ensure timely collections for key clients is responsibility of the account manager
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Must have 4-5 years of experience in digital client servicing, brand communication, marketing performance and account management
- Minimum 3 years of digital/mobile agency experience
- Masters in Marketing or relevant field is an asset
- Experience of working with known brands from various industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills
