Desired Candidate Profile :
- Looking for Candidate who has his own accounts to start with
- Can generate business with his/her ongoing accounts
- Can come with his own team if wanted
- Client should be productive and fruitful to our company doesn't matter if it is tier1 client or implementation partner
- Researching business requirements, professional network growth to gather new clients.
- Work closely with clients and vendors for analysis of market trends and developing a business plan for board approval
- Can handle onboarding documents
- Able to deliver it his/her clients
- Know how to get vendor ships and requirements from top vendors.
- Can lead his/her own team to meet client meets
- Can hit the ground running from day 1
Job Role & Responsibilities :
- Worked with various US Clients proficiently to deliver IT services and also managed clients by helping them in fulfilling their resource needs.
- Developed relationships with US IT Staffing Vendors and successful placing their candidates directly and indirectly with US IT Giants.
- Developed and implemented comprehensive cost-effective recruitment strategies for successfully attracting, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. Proficient in recruiting technical resources for key positions in medium size projects & large delivery programs.
- Recruited candidates at all levels of expertise across diverse technical skills and building resume database
- Recruited candidates for various positions like contract, contract-to-hire and permanent high-end national and local positions for Information Technology clients all over USA
- Worked on project proposals and staff augmentation to ensure project delivery in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple business units, varied verticals & service offerings and diverse technology spread. Expertise in screening candidates, interviews, sourcing
- Strategies, personality evaluations and gauging requirement fit.
- Successful track record in sourcing. Identifying, attracting, securing, and closing the hard to find candidate under tight turnaround schedules
