- To build and maintain long- lasting relationship with customers.
- To connect with key business executives and stakeholders and prepare sales reports.
- To identify new business opportunity among existing customers.
- To hunt new logos and manage them effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers.
- Using contacts to generate new business.
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
- Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour.
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
