Profile: Account Manager - IT Sales
Location: Mumbai
Salary: Hike on previous Salary - Negotiable
The candidate will be responsible for business development of our Service offering to customers focusing around Application Management, Infrastructure Management & Cloud. Ideal candidate should have experience in selling IT Solutions.
Relevant Experience:
- 3 to 7 years experience of selling software products like CRM, ERP and other Software products.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, identifying, generating new business, and generating additional business from existing customer.
- Should be able to understand various complex business processes before suggesting the value proposition of CRM platform to the client.
- Work closely with teams like marketing, Inside Sales, Presales for managing various stages of business development including Data mining, lead generation and closures.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationship and ensuring end to end customer servicing
- Should be a self-starter with good communication skills.
