Account Manager - Sales - IT (3-4 yrs)
Job Description
- Identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities with new customers for market expansion
- Drive revenue for The Company by seeking partnerships with various parties
- Implement compelling sales strategies and consultative approaches to achieve allocated sales targets and objectives
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing desirable and feasible initiatives
- Develop best practices in client interaction, sales and after-sales support for each customer
- Develop persuasively and convincing sales presentations professionally using market trends, case studies and etc.
- Ensure good relationship with customers, advise them of company products, price movements and other developments
- Provide the highest level of sales, customer service and support to each customer
- Provide comprehensive product information to existing and potential customers
- Highly responsive to customers via emails, WhatsApp, WeChat, walk-ins, telephone, or any communication tools with regards to product-related inquiries and product features
- Recognise customer problems and resolve them to customer's satisfaction directly or through transfer to respective departments for proper resolutions
- Prepare customized solution proposals and presentation kits to each customer in a professional and strategic manner
