The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- Developing strategies to reduce customer churn across all segments.
- Developing strategies for gathering feedback from customers.
- Searching out new business opportunities with our existing customers.
- Proactively reaching out to customers regarding upgrades, cancellations, or other account concerns
- Building and maintaining contacts, pipelines, and workflows in our CRM platform.
- Creating efforts to improve customer retention and drive upgrades, with the assistance of the sales and marketing team
- Reviewing all sales inquiries and CS interactions looking for upgrade and expansion opportunities as well as new sales opportunities.
- Working with all segments of customers but will be laser-focused on our "high touch" customers, delivering a white-glove experience.
- Addressing customers' incoming questions through our Customer Success channels (Live Chat, Freshdesk)
- Reach out to customers directly via email to gather further insights into CSAT and NPS responses
- Upselling, cross-selling, and engaging with inactive customers.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have minimum of 2 years experience in sales and client relationship management.
- You are consistently communicating in a professional, customer-focused manner.
- You listen to customer needs and asking thoughtful, probing questions.
- You are able to work with all customers with dedication and empathy.
- You are data-driven and constantly working to improve processes.
- Experience with CRM platforms is expected.
- Experience in the tech sector or a SaaS organization is a plus.
