Job Duties :
1- Account planning - understand customer business & document processing needs.
2- Plan and execute actions to acquire customers. Activities involved will be understanding customer requirement and ensuring the maximum satisfaction of customers.
3- Ability to understand organization structure of medium/ large accounts.
4- Ability to assess customer Work & Documentation flows.
5- Retaining existing user accounts and generating new accounts.
6- Require to generate leads through cold calling.
