Position: Account Manager - Enterprise Customers
Location: Mumbai
Position Type: Full-Time
We seek an experienced Account Manager to expand our customer base in Western India, targeting industries like steel, cement, pharma, and chemicals. The candidate should have strong CXO-level connections (Chief Manufacturing Officers, CEOs, etc.) and experience in strategic solution pitching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify decision-makers and align stakeholders for evaluations.
- Develop customized proposals for stakeholders to drive business expansion.
- Collaborate with solution engineers for cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and quarterly/annual target achievements.
- Conduct regular customer visits to mature deals.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 6-10 years in account management or customer success.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to hold CXO-level meetings and articulate value propositions.
- Technical understanding and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
