Account Manager - Sales - Gifting & Loyalty Solutions (0-3 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling complete sales & operation cycle.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies for gifting, rewards, and incentive projects.
- Arranging appointments with clients and attending meetings
- Preparing Quotation & Product presentations
- Proper Maintenance of Customer Records
- Order Management : Coordinating with internal teams & vendors for processing of orders, updating the status to clients, and customers for any order-related issues. Billing, Invoicing and Payment Follow Ups.
- Building and managing strong relationships with customers.
- Understanding of Gifting & Loyalty industry will be a plus though not mandatory.
Required Skills :
- Exceptional written, communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation.
- Commitment to exceed targets.
- Strong planning & organization skills with the ability to manage customer expectations.
- Well organized and self-disciplined with ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Able to build good working relationships across all levels.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- A strong commercial awareness
- Ability to work in a start-up environment
