Account Manager - Sales - FMCG (1-2 yrs)
As an Account Executive, you will focus on fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships that align with Boh's mission and values, leading to the acquisition of new accounts that support the company's growth in the Southern California region and continue to elevate our reputation.
The ideal candidate will have worked in previous sales roles and understands how to identify and work with the decision-maker. They will have experienced rejection and are able to push forward to close the next deal. The candidate knows how to craft a warm sales call IRL or on any communication platform, can listen carefully, and identify immediate and future opportunities. The candidate will be able to understand a prospect's needs, provide the best solution(s) and present them. This will require preliminary closing with the right scope of work, pricing the deal, and closing. This role will work to sign on restaurants to our marketplace and upsell them on Boh's preventative maintenance program.
Candidate Responsibilities :
- Close six-figure value deals annually on selling Boh's preventative maintenance program
- Serve as a partner to the restaurant chef, owner and managers and advise them on how to better manage their back-of-house
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key decision makers, discovering their pain points, and developing value-based solutions
- Building and presenting compelling customer-centric proposals
- Working well with operations team members and leveraging their expertise with yours
- Hitting specific activity benchmarks ie. presentations, meetings, and closing business
Use company provided CRM (Pipedrive)
- Engage with management to create Business Development Planning strategies;
- Research and attend market sector industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide reports on market and creative trends;
- Help to clarify Boh's unique position in Southern California and tailor conversations, collateral, and strategies to emphasize/enhance these strengths/opportunities
- Be responsive to clients via phone text and email for any customer service related matters.
- Field concerns or questions regarding quality of service issues. Fully understand clients needs relating to vendor service matters, and be able to convey such matters to the operations team.
- Convey client's technical issues and provide user level feedback to IT support operations.
