Account Manager - Sales - Educational Services (10-14 yrs)
Purpose :
The Sales Account Manager will generate new business and grow the existing business on behalf of the Company. Ensure that business targets are achieved on monthly, quarterly and annually.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Developing and building lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Coordinate with Management to determine essential sales process.
- Maintaining and expanding customer database
- Handling objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue
- Advise students and parents through structured counseling sessions
- Generate volume sales through institutional tie up
- Conduct outbound career seminars.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent Oral Communication Skills - English, Hindi, Bengali.
- Graduate with MBA( Preferable)
- Should have a minimum of 10 years of Experience with any Training/Education Institution (Must).
- Analytical & Logical Skills
- Preferable age not more than 30 years.
- Negotiation and team management Skills
