Account Manager - Sales - eCommerce (1-3 yrs)
1. 1 to 3 years operational experience in the eCommerce/Retail/Internet industry.
2. MBA preferred
3. Experience and expertise in client-facing & client's marketplace account management roles
4. Excellent team management skills
5. Ability to organize operational people to achieve goals in a timely fashion
6. Great communication skills, both in Hindi and English
7. Strong Analytics Skills
8. Ninja-level skills with MS Excel
9. A calm demeanor such that you are able to handle pressure situations which are bound to happen
Good to Have :
Exposure to business software like ERPs, Inventory systems, accounting packages or other such
Responsibility :
1. Managing the eCommerce operations of a number of clients depending on the size of the accounts
2. Ensure that all the products of the clients are listed correctly on all marketplaces
3. Assign work on a daily basis to the operational team and Account Executives under you
4. Handle and resolve client escalations
5. Ensure that the orders are fulfilled smoothly by the clients- warehouse staff
6. Report on numbers to the management team and the client
7. Coordinate with marketing team for account-related promotions
8. Ensure client participation in various marketplace promotions
9. Strategic thinking on the client account
10. Ensure overall growth of the Account
