Our Client operates in three primary business lines- Digital Solutions and Services, Digital Products and Consulting
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.
- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
- Develop long-term relationship with the customer and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers- individual needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations / Support or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the Transport & Logistics industry.
- Experience within Area Sales would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
