- Team Management of Technical Support Executives
- Activity and resource planning as per requirements
- Developing and tracking budgets
- Time management
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing and managing project risks
- Monitoring progress
- Managing reports and necessary documentation
- Provide support to clients in any issue they are facing.
- Manage support executives for all on-site technical support, trouble-shooting,installations and test activities.
- Diagnose technical problems and offer respective resolutions.
- Adherence to company's procedures and protocols.
- Cooperate with technical team and ensure timely resolutions to customers.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
