Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Applicant will be responsible for Cold calling prospects in the assigned territory and focus area.
- Exposure for internal interface with presales, billing, commercial team to ensure overall group targets are met.
- Candidate should have experience in Selling - FMS, AMC, RIM, NOC, DMS, Managed Services
- Applicants should meet at least 4 - 5 prospects / clients on a daily basis and prepare and submit daily / weekly / monthly sales activity reports.
- Candidate need to focus on account farming and hunting (new account acquisition) & has to maintain good relationship with prospects at the CXO level and maintain a healthy and cooperative environment in the team.
- Knowledge in Security Software, IT Security Products, PC, Laptop, Printers, Scanners, Servers and Storages. He has to know IT Hardware Services including repairs and maintenance AMC is preferred.
- Will be responsible for facility Management Services - providing Resident Engineers (network administrators, Windows Admins, Server Admins, Desktop Admins) and providing such services too - On-Call Basis- .
- Exposure in handling Remote Infra Management (RIM) - Remote - Help Desk Support- for all hardware (as mentioned above) and Remote Software support - Database, OS, MS Office is preferred.
- Candidate must have experience in selling - (like, AMCs, FMS, Managed Services, RIM, 24X7 IT support, Hosting services, collocation, Data Center - rack space, Hardware sales of major OEMs, IT Security Products)
Requirements:
- Candidate should have selling experience in Banking Space. Should have sold Core Banking Solutions (CBS) to Co-operative Banks like, District Cooperative Banks or Urban Cooperative Banks
- Applicants should have proven track record of sales in products and services in the BFSI space. Should have done minimum annual Sales of INR 8 - 10 Crores is preferred.
- Candidate should have relevant experience in selling products and services to BFSI, PSU, Co-operative Banks, Private Banks, and Foreign Banks in the Northern Region.
- Applicants should have achieved 100% of the revenue target a year and expert in lead generation
- Candidate should have excellent communication (written and oral) in English and leadership skills.
- Should possess strong experience in building relations at CXO levels.
- Candidate should have Non-Technical documentation skills including presentations.
- Applicant should be customer centric approach - ability to work closely with customers and build relationships.
Education qualification:
Candidate should be from any graduate (Engineering / Bcom / Bsc/ etc) background with full-time / regular MBA course.
