Key Responsibilities
- B2C Corporate Sales Account
- Directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of orders, fielding customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
- Ensure client satisfaction with an organization's product or service.
- Support Corporate Sales Team or Business Development teams in servicing accounts.
- Assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features launched.
- Consult customer surveys and other types of research to gauge the overall level of client satisfaction and address areas of concern
- Maintaining cordial relation with clients and gener11ate revenues from existing accounts.
- Acquire and manage new corporate clients and ensure client servicing of highest order.
- Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/ services
