Sales Account Manager

- 3 - 5 Years B2B sales is a must and with previous experience in automobile/transport is highly preferred.

- Domain Logistics/Supply Chain

- Annual Salary INR 300000 - 380000

- Work Location Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma or equivalent degree in relevant field

Well versed with MS Office tools

MUST HAVES:

- B2B Sales Experience

- Excellent Communication Skills are must

- Must know the local language and area well.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

- Develop positive relationships with clients

- Act as the point of contact and handle customers- individual need

- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase

- Report on the status of accounts and transactions

- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
