Account Manager - Sales (2-4 yrs)
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and design customized solutions that meet those needs using the company's products or services.
- Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's offerings.
- Serve as a technical expert on the company's products and services, providing detailed and accurate information to customers and addressing any technical questions or concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed proposals, RFP responses, and other sales documentation, ensuring all technical aspects are accurately represented.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers through regular communication, meetings, and follow-up interactions to ensure their requirements are met and to address any concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements and sales strategies.
- Work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to relay customer feedback, influence product development, and align sales strategies with product capabilities.
- Build a portfolio of customers & promote Brand growth.
- Building sales funnel & achieve target metrics, understand volatility of market & propose strategies across various product lines.
