Account Manager - Presales - IT (3-4 yrs)
Experience : 3-4 years (overall)
Location : Basavanagudi, Bangalore
Description :
We are looking for a passionate person for Pre-sales cum Account management roles.
As Pre-sales, the role is to understand the technical requirements from clients, communicate with the development team on the same and ensure accurate delivery happens.
As an Account manager, role is to manage a portfolio of customers, provide regular status updates to customers, and building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Understanding customer requirements, translating to technical docs & proposals.
- Travel with sales people or alone to help clarify technical doubts regarding the product
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Liaison with clients to help the use the product in a proper manner
- Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Making sure that the agreement terms between CodeLand and customers are enforced across both the parties
- Negotiating account management contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Prepare reports on account status.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years experience in techno sales / pre-sales role
- Should be able to talk in technical terms
- Past Developer experience preferred
- Highly organized and strong attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good analytical skills to analyze opportunities and data to make decisions
- Should be willing to travel across India
Qualification :
Technical degree (preferably in Computers field)
MBA will be an added advantage
