Account Manager - Performance/ROI Marketing (4-6 yrs)
Responsible for achieving positive ROI from Digital Marketing by applying understanding of consumer, marketplace and the cultural and behavioral shifts that come with new media and technological advances. Not settle for conventional thinking around marketing & communication and contribute towards developing a holistic strategy & ideas that help achieve optimal return on digital marketing spends.
- Leading execution of high scale Facebook and Google performance campaigns with multiple campaign objectives and taking full responsibility of end-to-end digital ad operations
- Be the ultimate account owner for our clients
- Understand client goals, create, and execute strategies to exceed defined goals
- Collaborating with Content, creative and data teams to provide the best user experience for new users.
- Diving deep into data and use insights to identify opportunities for performance optimization.
- Experimenting continuously on creative design and. copy to drive ROI.
- Lead a small team of performance marketers.
- Drive growth for clients by helping client by helping them expand audiences across other ad networks
Requirement & Skills :
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, Google PPC, DV360 and other ad networks.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in specific disciplines, including but not limited to brand strategy & consulting, digital solutions, digital marketing strategy, etc.
- Prior work experience in digital marketing or consulting firms, working on brand's digital strategy, overall marketing plan, and creative briefs and managing the client's KPIs
