Account Manager - Partner Retention - BPO (0-1 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for all the phases of renewal sales process - proactively contacting customers with expiring contracts, generating renewal quotes, ensuring renewals are complete, and maintaining customer contact regularly throughout the year
- Maintain high customer retention rates through the development of strong relationships with customers
- Effectively communicate with external customers regarding renewal enquiries
- Interact with other departments including to meet and deliver customer requirements
- Leverage the renewal activity to promote incremental product sales
- Follow up with customers that do not respond within designated time frames
Location : Bangalore
- Key Skills Proven track record of selling and presenting in person and on the phone
- Must be able to speak multiple languages
- Must have completed an Undergraduate degree

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
-PUC(Commerce) with experience, B. Com, BBM, BBA, M Com & MBA
- Good Communication skills in English and any one regional language (Kannada/Hindu/Tamil/Telgu/Marathi- etc)
